Or enclose a check  for appropriate amount with the inbound shoes. (PayPal  is handy for this) Exchanging ahead allows us to have your exchange ready for shipment when yours arrive.

Exchanges: Send the original shoes back with a tracing of BOTH feet (to avoid a repeat) within 30 days. The incoming shoes must be in original condition and packaging. Avoid any marring or soiling as this will render them unfit for re-sale as new mail order item. Redhead Industries does not accept packages requiring postage and reserves the right to expedite shipping at no additional cost to the customer. Returns are to customers original purchase transaction method, less any shipping and transaction costs. (ave. 4%)

Shipping: Orders are shipped using USPS/UPS/FedEx with delivery confirmation and or tracking. Women and girls soft shoes (ghillies, pumps) and poodle socks can usually ship the same or next business day while hard shoes and men or boy's soft shoes usually in 3-7 business days.M-F EST excludes US holidays)

International Orders: Allow 1-2 weeks shipping time for  most destinations outside the USA including IRELAND, CANADA AUS, NZ. Orders ship USPS as a gift item.Measuring: Stand on ruler or make tracings: with both feet flat on smooth (kitchen) floor measure from heel to the longest point on foot. For greater accuracy measure BOTH feet. Wear a medium weight (poodle type) sock. Please use your larger measurement for ordering both hard and soft shoes.
