EXCHANGES:
When trying on new shoes, feet and socks must clean and dry. Do not wear to dance practice or out of doors. Try out new shoes for fit with clean dance socks on a carpet or towel first. Shoes must be in original condition and packaging. Avoid any marring, soiling or stretching as this will render them unfit for re-sale as a mail order item. Please send the original shoes back with a tracing of BOTH feet to avoid a repeat. Redhead Industries does not accept packages requiring postage.

FITTING:
New Irish dance shoes stretch and conform quickly. Champion Irish dancers fit their shoes to their own personal likes and dislikes. The last thing dancers need to think about is their shoes while they are dancing. Put them on and forget them.

For an easy, accurate measuring method please stand on a ruler:  Dancer stands on a flat school ruler with heels against wall with both feet flat on smooth (kitchen) floor. Measure (cm or inches) from the heel to the longest point on dancers foot. For greater accuracy measure both feet. Wearing a medium weight or poodle sock is preferred over bare feet.

SHIPPING:
Girl's soft shoes and socks usually ship the same or next business day, hard shoes in 2-3 business days. (hard shoe dance tips require 24-36 hrs. cure time) Men and Boy's reel shoes in 1-2 business days. For international orders only allow up to 2 weeks for most destinations. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation or tracking. For returned shoes only: 30 day refund to original transaction payment method less processing fee (approx. 3%) per transaction. This fee is subject to change and not determined by Redhead Industries.Redhead reserves the right to expedite shipping at no additional cost to the customer.
